My work is a synthesis of wordcraft and strategy.
With a degree in literature and creative writing, and a post-graduate education in literary non-fiction, I spent years as a journalist, ghostwriter, and editor.
Now, with an editorial sensibility, innate sense of voice, and obsessive focus on objective, I lead cross-functional teams that refine brands forward with more effective strategies and engaging stories. I do this by getting at what’s most true, for the business and their customers—and insisting on great work.
I’ve worked on rebrands and brand evolution projects, verbal identities, campaigns and go-to-market strategies for a diversity of global brands at agencies like Siegel + Gale, co:collective, and Johnson + Wolverton. Currently, I head up the strategy team at DeSantis Breindel.
Clients include FedEx, Polestar, IBM, Glanbia, The CW, Bloomberg, Exelon, BBC America, Inova, Zai Lab, and others.
Based in New York’s Hudson Valley.
